Service 262
Hartfield - Nutley - Maresfield - Uckfield - Heathfield
From Saturday 5 January 2020 route 262 will run to a
revised timetable.This Saturdays only service to
Heathfield via Nutley, Maresfield, Uckfield and
Franfield is funded by Hartfield, Framfield, Maresfield
Parish Councils and Uckfield Town Councils.
Passengers wishing to join the service from Forest Row
and East Grinstead will now need to take Metrobus route
291 into Hartfield and change onto the connecting
Wealdlink service 262.

Connection with Services 31, 54 and 29 can be made at Uckfield Bus Station.

Discovery fares – one day tickets available from the
driver:
Adult Discovery - £9.00
Child Discovery - £7.20
Family Discovery - £17.50 (for up to 5 people;
including at least 1 adult and a maximum of 2
adults.
Discovery tickets will be issued and accepted by
operators in West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Brighton
& Hove and East Hampshire (subject to exclusions, see
here

Rollators and baby buggies can normally be accommodated. Wheelchairs can only be accommodated by prior arrangement. Our policy for the maximum size and weight is the same as for other public services as follows: Maximum weight 300kg including user. Maximum length 1200mm Maximum width 700mm. Vehicles outside these parameters cannot be carried on board for mandatory safety reasons.
